1. Reservation Cancellation for Party/Event:
– If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you do so at least 7 days in advance.

2. Late Arrival:
– We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you anticipate arriving later than your reservation time, we appreciate a courtesy call to inform us.

3. No-Show Policy:
– In the event of a no-show without prior notice, a fee of  50% of the reservation cost may be applied to cover the lost revenue and inconvenience caused.

5. Event Reservations:

– Special events, private dining, and catering reservations may have specific cancellation policies. Please refer to the terms outlined in your event agreement or contact our events team for more information.

6. Refund Policy for Pre-Paid Reservations:
– Some reservations may require pre-payment, especially during peak times or for special events. Refunds for pre-paid reservations are subject to the terms outlined in our refund policy. Refer to our Refund policy page.
